How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Notedsing Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Notedsing Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, a good first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear from you. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Notedsing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Maryland.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@notedsing.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
