Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for independent contractors who handle everyday home problems, such as:

• Home pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, and bed bugs
• Rodent and wildlife removal, including entry point repair
• Termite inspection and treatment

You should serve homeowners in Gaithersburg, MD or the Gaithersburg area. Small local outfits and larger firms are both welcome.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call, so we ask for calm, clear service. In plain terms, we expect you to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Inspect before you quote, and explain what you find simply
• Give a written quote with a clear scope
• Return calls and show up when you say you will
• Be honest about what a treatment can and cannot do
• Avoid pressure tactics and promises you cannot keep

You do the work and you set your prices. Notedsing Pest Control does not direct how you treat a home.

How the Business Side Works

Referral fees may apply for qualified homeowner calls. Details are shared when you apply. We cannot promise a set number of calls, because demand shifts with the seasons and with the weather.
